Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains how withdrawal works for digital products sold by Stero Solutions Limited.

1. Consumers

If you buy as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because Stero Solutions Limited supplies digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right ends if you expressly agree that delivery may begin during the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that you lose the right once performance begins.

2. How to withdraw when the right still exists

Send a clear statement to mateuszkargol@zohomail.eu before the period expires. Include your name, order reference and the pack concerned. You may use a plain email; no special form is required.

3. Refunds

Where a withdrawal is valid, Stero Solutions Limited refunds the price paid for that order using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, within the statutory period after we receive the withdrawal notice.

4. Business purchasers

If you buy as a business, statutory consumer withdrawal does not apply. Faulty or incomplete file sets will be replaced.

5. Custom work

Commissioned voicing that has already been produced to your brief is generally not cancellable once files have been delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.
